Vibrant first began advising The Peterson Companies on the National Harbor project while they were principals at MRA International, a leading strategy and development firm. Their predevelopment work, which included feasibility, market analysis, retail, dining, and entertainment programming, and master planning helped to set the table for identifying and securing unique icon tenants like Gaylord Entertainment’s $560 million hotel and conference center. Since founding Vibrant Development Group, Mr. Bragitikos and Mr. Spillerman have continued working with The Peterson Companies on National Harbor. Their most recent work includes crafting the destination dining program, strategic leasing advisory services, and partnership strategies for signature dining tenants.
