Chuck Bragitikos is president of Vibrant Development Group. Chuck works with gaming companies, developers, professional sports teams, and the public sector on conceiving and developing large scale mixed use destination projects, generally centered around dining, entertainment and retail uses. His passion lies in working with a team to develop the strategy for a given project and then creating strategic relationships and creative financing for the implementation of the destination.

Chuck and his partner Jason are currently developing the strategy, concept and program for the retail, dining entertainment and spa uses at Revel, a $2.5 billion resort destination in Atlantic City, and are implementing the program. Chuck’s recent work also includes acting as strategic advisor and owner’s representative for Aztar, parent company of the Tropicana Casinos, on the $285 million expansion of its flagship Atlantic City property.

The core of the project is Atlantic City’s first immersive dining, entertainment and retail project, themed around pre-Castro Havana and called the Quarter. Chuck and his partners worked closely with senior management to formulate the development concept and business strategy. Chuck then acted as owner’s representative to implement key aspects of the project. Chuck also led the project team charged with developing the concept, program, and business strategy for the podium of the redevelopment of the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Las Vegas. Chuck negotiated the agreement for a $40+ million expansion of the New Jersey State Aquarium and transfer of the operation from the State to a private company.

He also secured the development rights for 30 acres of adjacent land along the Camden waterfront. Vibrant Development Group and MRA are master developing the project in partnership with Steiner + Associates into an urban, mixed use project which will include a town square, 1,500 residential units, 300,000 SF of office, restaurants, retail, and additional entertainment uses. Chuck has also worked with major brands and entrepreneurs to create individual tenants and venues. Chuck worked with the National Football League over a three year period to create a new portfolio of businesses, including NFL “X”, a 45,000 square foot restaurant and entertainment concept, which was approved by a super majority of NFL team owners. Chuck also helped create the concept and business plan for Murray Bros. Caddyshack, an energetic restaurant and bar concept that is currently rolling out across the southeastern U.S. Chuck has experience in creating strategic partnerships and creative financing for the implementation of development projects. He negotiated the first naming rights agreement for a retail entertainment property in the U.S. on behalf of a major telecommunications company and has worked with a wide range of development companies including Simon Property Group, Palladium, Hillwood, and Steiner + Associates on forging private and public-private partnerships.

Chuck is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Restaurant Association, and the International Spa Association and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, ISPA, G2E, and the Wharton School. Chuck sits on the Board of Directors of Cooper’s Ferry Development Association which oversees redevelopment of critical areas of Camden, NJ. Chuck is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jason Spillerman is a managing partner and co-founder of Vibrant Development Group. Prior to founding Vibrant Development Group, Jason was a senior consultant at MRA International, a leading development consulting and strategy firm.

Throughout his career, Jason has consulted with a variety of development interests including real estate investment trusts,private land owners, public and quasi-public development entities, cities, gaming companies, professional sports clubs and entertainment/media companies to realize unique destination real estate projects. Jason Spillerman specializes in strategic assessment of development opportunities for entertainment companies, casinos, developers, and public sector entities. He focuses in particular on formulating strategies for large-scale retail, dining and entertainment developments. Jason also has considerable experience with creative programming and unique tenant identification for gaming companies and mixed-use destination projects.

Jason has worked on development strategies and creative programming for unique retail and entertainment-based concepts such as the Simon Property Group’s waterfront retail-entertainment destination at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia; Harbor East, a 10 million square foot mixed-use development along Baltimore’s famed Inner Harbor; and National Harbor, $3 billion master-planned mixed-use waterfront convention and entertainment destination anchored by The Gaylord National.

Jason and his partner, Chuck, are currently developing the strategy, concept, and program for the retail, dining, and entertainment uses at REVEL, a $2.5 billion resort destination in Atlantic City. Other representative engagements include crafting the destination strategy for the NFL Dallas Cowboys franchise for a new, state-of-the-art stadium with ancillary mixed-use development; advising the Aztar Corporation on the creation of a $285 million retail, dining and entertainment destination at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City; and, for a coalition of public and private interests, helping calibrate the economic impact of locating the William J. Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a Master’s Degree from DrexelnUniversity, and has completed graduate coursework at MIT Center for Real Estate.

David Gevurtz is a Vice President of Vibrant Development Group. Prior to joining Vibrant Development Group, David was a Senior Real Estate Analyst with international hotel real estate advisory firm Molinaro Koger at their Tysons Corner, Virginia headquarters. During his tenure with Molinaro Koger, David performed individual and portfolio asset valuations and assisted in closing more than $325 million in hotel property transactions.

Through his hotel real estate advisory, David has worked with the largest lodging REIT’s and commercial real estate companies in the country, including Host Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Capital Group, Felcor Lodging Trust, Highgate Holdings, LaSalle Hotel Properties, Hersha Hospitality Trust, Sunstone Hotel Investors, and Ashford Hospitality Trust.

David has worked with Orient-Express Hotels in an Acquisitions and Development capacity. His responsibilities included maintaining the construction budget for the renovation of an 88-room boutique resort in Santa Barbara, CA. David has managerial operations experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Starr Restaurant Organization, and Hillstone Restaurant Group. He has also spent time at Isaacs and Company Commercial Real Estate in Investment Sales for luxury brands.

Working closely with Vibrant Development Group’s principals, David is currently assisting with leasing the retail program at the $2.5 billion Revel Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. David is responsible for identifying a unique mix of nationally recognized and one-of-a-kind tenants for the high-concept program. He is involved in lease negotiations and facilitates retail design and construction coordination at the property.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s Hotel Administration and a Master’s degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Strategic Asset Management from New York University.
